Wilson Chester Cox, 87, of Pensacola, died Sunday, March 04, 2018. Mr. Wilson was born September 17, 1930 in Paul, Alabama to Roy W. Cox and Lula Belle Hooks Cox. He retired from Monsanto in 1995 after 25 years of service. Mr. Wilson was a devoted family man and enjoyed fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Daisy M. Cox; and sisters: Mattie Clough and Willie Mae Cox Trickey. Survivors include his daughters: Wanda F. Sellers, Ronda G. Donigan and Rene Hopkins; brother, Hugh Cox; sister, Myrtice J. Brooks; seven grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 09, 2018 at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 08, 2018 at the funeral home. EASTERN GATE MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME is entrusted with services.

I miss my fishing buddies, Dad and Mom, we did everything together, had alot of fun times together...I am totally lost without you Daddy and Moma. There is and will be a place in my heart that is broken and empty.
