Aline Margaret Taylor

Aline was born in Fall River, MA on August 23, 1933 the daughter of J. Arthur & Estell G. Powers Valcourt.  She married  Bobby Joe Taylor on June 25, 1955 in Fall River, MA.  He preceded her in death on June 25, 2011.

She is survived by her four children, Patricia (Steve) Smith of Brimfield, Lou W. Taylor of Princeville, Pamela (Wes) Schupp Chain of Princeville,and Paula (Don) Bergstresser of Peoria; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; one brother, Paul (Martha) Valcourt of MA; one sister, Florence I. (Donald) Valcourt Collins of FL.

Aline was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother Arthur L. Valcourt

Aline graduated in 1954 from ST. Anne's School of Nursing in Fall River, MA.  She was a Registered Nurse and worked at OSF St. Francis Medical Center for many  years.  She was head nurse of the labor and delivery unit for sixteen years, and retired in 1988.  She also worked in the office of Dr. Fred Z. White in Chillicothe.

Cremation rites will be accorded.  No services will be held in accordance with her wishes.

The family would like to thank Spoon River Home Health Care, especially Cheri for her compassionate care.

Burial of ashes will be in Brimfield Cemetery at a later date.
