She was born April 26, 1929 in Jackson, MI the daughter of Romano and Onorina Maddalena. Ann was the youngest of four children (Olga, Robert, Nora). Robert (Jo) still survive in Michigan. She married Frank Rosa on August 27th, 1955, in Fana, Italy. Frank preceded her in death in 1986.
Ann was surrounded by a supportive and loving family. She and Frank had a son, Steve (Beverly) and a daughter, Susan Wenger (Kenneth). Ann had six grandchildren, Nicholas, Grant, Gina, Collin, Mariel, and Trevor; and one great-grandchild, Elizabeth.
She was a long-time member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She was a talented gardener, and an avid Chicago Cubs Fan. Her favorite past times included antiquing, having breakfast with friends every Sunday, and lunch with family at Culver's, her favorite restaurant. She deeply enjoyed card games and never missed an episode of Jeopardy.
“Nucci”, as she was affectionately referred to by friends and family, was revered by all she knew. She possessed a generous spirit and a kind heart. She always thought of others before herself, her most endearing quality. A woman of true humility and grace, Ann’s true legacy is the warm humor, genuine love, and endless devotion that she shared with us all.
