Ardis was born June 26, 1928 in Dennison, MN to Menns and Edna (Shelly) Berg. She married Joe Wilson on June 24, 1950 in Minnesota. He preceded her in death in October of 2002.
Ardis is survived by; her daughter Sharon (George) Betts of Peoria, IL, her son Charles Wilson of Bellevue, IL, two grandchildren; Monica (Chris) Chandler of Peoria Heights, IL, and Chad Betts of Peoria, IL, a great grandson Jake Chandler of Peoria Heights, IL, her brother Dallas Berg of North Field, MN, survive Ardis. Her parents, husband, three brothers, and two sister preceded her in death.
Ardis worked as an accounting administrative assistant at Lutheran Hillside Village for twenty years. She was a member of the First English Lutheran Church in Peoria and Ruth’s Circle.
Services will be 11 am Monday, June 14, 2021 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Pastor Pat Monroe will officiate. Entombment will be at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to her church or Lutheran Hillside Village.
