Barbara Barton, 86, of Pewaukee, Wisconsin, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Unity Point Proctor Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.

She was born November 4, 1931 in Evanston, Illinois to Frederic R. and Elizabeth (Burns) Borgfeldt. She married Gerald Barton in Glen Ellyn, Illinois and he preceded her in death.

Surviving are her children, Laurie (Bruce) Skelton of Palm Bay, Florida, David Barton of Texas and Beth (Randell) Boyer of Peoria; son-in-law, Kim Stoneking; grandchildren, Jason Melvin, Nick Stoneking and Abbie Stoneking; great grandchildren, Emily Melvin, Branton Stoneking and Addilyn Stoneking; and her brother, Frederic (Retha) Barton of Pewaukee.

Barbara enjoyed travelling and was an artist who created pieces across all media.

There will be no services and cremation has been accorded.

The family suggests memorial contributions to any charity.
