Betty Jean Lang

She was born Friday, December 6, 1929 in Peoria to Christian and Florence (Burns) Fueger. She married Leo Lang on Tuesday, July 4, 1950 in Peoria. He survives.

Also surviving are three sons Stephen, Scott and Patrick Lang all of Peoria; one sister Barbara Morris of Peoria; three grandchildren Jennifer Lang of Chicago, Nicole Lang of Springfield, IL, Corey Lang of Peoria; a daughter-in-law, Patty Lang of Peoria; and three nieces.

She was preceded in death by one son Jerald Lang and one sister Peggy Tomblin.

Betty graduated from Manual High School. She was a homemaker raising four boys whom she loved dearly. She also has an impressive collection of Hummels which she has collected for many years from all over the world. She was an avid Chicago Bears fan and loved to attend garage sales.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30p.m. Thursday, June 9, 2001 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Visitation will be one half hour prior to services. Cremation will be accorded.
