Bonnie L. Harper, age 86, of Peoria, passed away Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023 at 6:28 p.m.at the Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
She was born Feb. 6, 1937 in Peoria to Evelyn Kirsch. She married Richard Harper in Peoria in 1969.
Bonnie worked for CILCO for 10 ½ years and then sold “Home Interiors Gifts” for several years.
She was a member of the Memorial Christian Church in Peoria. Bonnie loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include one son, Jason Harper of Peoria, one daughter, Melisa (Steve) Clendenin of Marquette Heights, four grandchildren: Brandin, Bradie, Brooklynn, Collin, and one great-grandson on the way.
She was preceded in death by her mother, her step-father, Harry Morgan, two sisters: Blanche Stephens, Barb Kirsch, and one brother, Robert Pople.
Graveside services will be Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria. Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Richard L. Owens Hospice Home or the Memorial Christian Church in Peoria.
