She was born February 22, 1939 in Peoria to Arthur and Opal (Crawford) Muehlenbrink. She married Richard Ward on September 17, 1977. He passed away March 19, 2019 in Peoria. She is also preceded in death by her parents.
Carolyn was an X-Ray Technician for many years.
She enjoyed horseback riding, ice skating, snow skiing, and especially her cats. She loved traveling all over the country with Richard.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior the services.
Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
