Cary Kevin Boyd

He was born February 11, 1965, in Cleveland, Mississippi to Clyde and Pamela (Correro) Boyd. They preceded him in death. He married Debra Borquist on January 4, 2002, in Peoria. She survives along with three sons including Andrew Boyd of Chillicothe, grandchildren including his granddaughter, Gracie Boyd of Chillicothe, and one brother, Patrick (Kevin Farr) Boyd of Florida.

Kevin was a United States Navy veteran. Following his time in the military, Kevin worked for Caterpillar, Inc as a Logistics Operator for 31 years, retiring in 2026.

Kevin loved to fish in tournaments and recreational. He would fish every day if he could, so much that he and Debbie moved to Spring Lake in 2015. Kevin enjoyed coaching his son Andrew’s Grade School and High School baseball teams. He also was an avid fan of the St Louis Cardinals, New Orleans Saints, and bowled in several Peoria leagues in his younger years.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of Kevin’s life will be at a later date. Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
