He was born June 27, 1979 in Peoria, IL to Frank P. and Kimberly (Slane) Hallor, Jr.
Surviving are his mother, Kim Hallor and step-father, Martin Roos of Havana; children, Alexis, Kevin and Milena Hallor, all of Havana; sister, Christina (Mike) Witt of Mason City; half-siblings, Rick (Carol) Hallor, Frank (Misty) Hallor III, Rhonda (Randy) Siegfried, Carrie (Todd) Jarnigan, and Cindy Hallor; and granddaughters, Ensley and Lakelyn Danner.
Preceding in death were his father, son, Andrew, and half-sister, Denice Hinderhan.
Clayton enjoyed working as a truck driver and was always busy with projects remodeling his home, cars or motorcycles. He loved Harley’s, fishing, camping and cooking.
Services will be at 10:30 am Friday, December 31, 2021 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria with Pastor Steve Weber officiating. Burial will follow at Parkview Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
