

She was born in Enid, Oklahoma on May 26, 1925 but spent most of her adult life in Illinois. Her one and only husband preceded her about 10 years ago.
Four children were born of her marriage to Perry Tudor, two of which are still living. Robert (Bob) Tudor and Karen Hanks.
The other two children of the marriage preceded her. They were Mark Tudor and Richard Tudor.
Wives, ex-wives, husbands and ex-husbands and grandchildren are still around to carry on.
Cleo’s favorite past time was rescuing cats. She was also a member of Foster’s Pet Outreach, Academy of Science (Geology), an avid rock hunter, jewelry maker, pianist, and eclectic collector.
A heart felt thank you to all mom’s neighbors, friends, caretakers and others who helped her have a joyous and fulfilling life - to live the way she wanted to live
She was very proud of having earned her Master’s degree in clinical psychology and her last employment was working with special needs children in the public schools. She attended the University of Oklahoma, Bethany College in Oklahoma, Teachers College in Normal, IL and Bradley University in Peoria, IL.
Cremation has been accorded by Davison-Fulton Woodland chapel.
Celebration of life ceremony will be at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 1 p.m.
