She was born on June 25, 1954 in Peoria, IL to Benjamin C. Bishop and Marilyn (Whittaker) Harbert.
She married Kenneth B. Fetters on December 26, 1986. He survives.
Also, surviving are daughter Linda (Matt) Bullard of Washington, IL, stepson Damon (Jamie) Fetters of Peoria, IL, sisters Denise (Larry) Kucavik of Germantown Hills, IL and Diane Bishop Peoria, IL. Grandsons Lincoln, Edison, and Hudson Bullard.
She was preceded in death by both parents, sister Linda Bishop, brother Lester Bishop, and her beloved dog Mowgli.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
