He was born May 29, 1944 in Normal to Paul and Bette (Evelsizer) Gregory. Rocky married Becky Barker on June 17, 1967. She preceded him in death on November 7, 2010.
Rocky was also preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by son, Eric C. (Amy Lavery) Gregory of Simpsonville, South Carolina; one grandson, Clayton C. Gregory; one sister, Lynnette (Fred) Difani of Plant City, Florida.
Rocky was a graduate of Stephen Decatur High School and Illinois State University. He attended Northwoods Church, Peoria.
Rocky has the privilege of serving his country in Vietnam as a member of the United States Army. He was a volunteer at the Salvation Army, Red Cross and Midwest Food Bank.
