She was born June 6, 1949 in Peoria, the daughter of Lloyd and Dorothy Schaible Suits. She married Walter Shields on January 22, 1975 in Bloomington.
Dianna is survived by her husband of 41 years; one son, Beau Shields of Peoria; two sisters, Bobette (Robert) James of Peoria, and Margie (Craig) Williams of Chillicothe; one brother, Anthony (Liz) Suits of Morton; and nine nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one son, Tyronne Rowden.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorials services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Pastor Anthony Suits will officiate.
