She was born December 2, 1934 in Peoria, IL to August and Elsie (Lowery) Miller. She married Robert Cleveland on February 3, 1956 in Peoria. He survives.
Also surviving are their two children, Cheryl (George) Yearian of Deer Creek and Robert (Kim) Cleveland of East Peoria; four grandchildren, Jeremy Backus, Samantha Backus, Ashley Cleveland all of Peoria, and Jeff Beoletto of San Bernadino, CA; 11 great-grandchildren; and one uncle, Chuck (Dorothy) Lowery of East Peoria.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a great-granddaughter Whitney Cleveland, and two brothers, Bob and Donald Miller.
Dolores worked as a Beautician for many years and then as a private House Keeper until retiring. She enjoyed fishing, stock car races at Peoria Speedway, roller skating, crocheting, painting, reading, puzzles and traveling with her husband.
A funeral service will be on at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 with visitation one hour prior to the service at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Parkview Cemetery.
