Donald O. Topper, 90, of West Peoria, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026, at Carle Health Proctor Hospital. Born on July 20, 1935, he was the son of the late Elby and Leoma (Hanmore) Topper.
On December 18, 1955, he married Lois J. Crane. She preceded him in death on April 8, 1998. He then married Joyce. She survives.
Aside from his parents and first wife, he was preceded in death by two sons, Donald and Danny Topper; a daughter, Debbie Topper; and two brothers, Robert and Eugene (Marianne) Topper.
Graveside services will take place at Chillicothe City Cemetery.
