She was born on July 28, 1961 in Peoria to Donald and Shirley (Pudney) Whitby.
Donna is survived by her two children, Bambi (Chris) Ferguson and Roscoe (Michelle) Magnuson; two brothers, Donald Whitby and Ronald Whitby; two sisters, Penny Cheney and Tina Massey; seven grandchildren, Josh (Shelby), Anthony, Alex, Thomas, Angel, Ashlynn and Ethan; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas M. Haggard and by her parents; one brother; one sister and one nephew.
Donna was a homemaker with the biggest heart. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
She was a confused Chicago Bears Fan!
Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to service at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Burial will conclude at Lutheran Cemetery.
