Dori L Ciaccio, 57, of Peoria, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

She was born September 5, 1960 in Peoria, IL to Dale H. and Margy Jean (Pilkington) Gravat Sr. They preceded her in death.

Surviving are her five sons: Matt (Stacy), Christopher, Jeff (Felicia), Nicholas and Nathan Ciaccio; step-son, Michael Ciaccio Jr; three grandchildren, Matthew, Ava and Aubrey Ciaccio; three siblings, Diana (Larry) Gualandi, Dale (Patricia) Gravat Jr., and Dennis Gravat; godson, Jason Peeples, and many special nieces and nephews.

Dori graduated from Manual High School and worked several years as a Pharmacy Tech with Krogers.

Cremation will be accorded and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 3:30 pm with visitation from 1 to 3 pm at Faith United Methodist Church, 2403 Springfield Rd., in East Peoria. The Rev. Ben Madigan will officiate. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
