

She was born September 29, 1976 in Fairfax, Virginia. She is the daughter of Felix E (Loletha) Lobdell Jr, and her loving mother and longtime caregiver, Vivian M Willingham.
Ebony is survived by her parents; one daughter, Vivian Simone Lobdell of Peoria; 2 sisters, Felicia (Rick) McClain of Peoria, and Renee Andrews of Peoria and former (but special brother-in-law) Richard Andrews II of Peoria; three brothers, Marious Lobdell, Marquis Lobdell and Felix Abner all of Chicago; her grandmother, Montell Willingham of Indianapolis; and a host of nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Beatrice Lobdell; her grandfathers, Felix Lobdell Sr, and Mitchell Willingham.
Ebony worked in collections at AT&T for twelve years.
She is a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be 11 am Friday, February 19, 2016 at Bethel United Methodist Church. Pastor Gary Wilson will officiate with the assistance of Ebony’s Uncle Joe McKenney. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to a fund for Ebony’s daughter.
Arrangements are entrusted to Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel.
