Eleanor was born on April 30, 1940 in Alva, Oklahoma to Charles and Esther (Roth) Terry. She married Christian Miller in 1970. He precedes her in death.
Also preceding her in death are her parents and her sister.
Surviving are her step daughter, Sharon (Curt) Catton of Washington, her step daughter-in-law, Beth Miller, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many cousins.
Eleanor worked for several years as a railroad car inspector before moving on to a career with Pearl Insurance, where she retired.
One of her favorite pastimes was reading a good book.
A visitation will be held on Monday, August 7th, from 10am to 12pm at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria with a service immediately following. Pastor Mark Nelson will officiate. Burial will take place at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Apostolic Christian Life Points in Morton or to TAPS No-Kill Animal Shelter in Pekin.
