Geeta C. Patel, 47 of Peoria, passed away at 2:11 am on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Loving wife, mother, dutiful daughter and sister and has achieved moksha. Geeta will always be remembered by her daughter as a loving mother; by her husband as a wonderful passionate wife, her friends and many others she has touched. She is survived by her husband Asit, daughters Neelika, Reeta and Avani, sister Beena, brother Pratik, and father Chimanbhai. Geeta believed that charity begins at home so please give a special hug and treat to your loved ones in her memory. A service was heldat 2:00 pm onMonday, November 26, 2012 with visitation one hour prior to the service at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria.
