Geraldine Florence Randall, 97, of West Peoria, passed away Thursday August 14, 2014 at Rosewood Care Center in East Peoria. She was born March 7, 1917 in Fairview, IL to Samuel and Florence (Emery) Stringer. She married Eugene Randall in Hannibal, MO on May 11, 1940. Eugene preceded her in death; September 23, 1998. Geraldine is survived by: Sons; Lance (Janet) Randall of Creve Coeur, Eugene (Lou) Randall of Washington, nine Grandchildren, and many Great Grandchildren. She is also preceded by her Parents, and one Great-Great Grandson. Geraldine was a lifelong member of the Bradley Epworth United Methodist Church. She enjoyed the outdoors; especially hiking, and gardening roses. She was a veracious reader, of those, she cherished reading her Bible most. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Monday, August 18, 2014 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Pastor Tom Eckhardt will officiate. Burial will follow in Parkview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bradley Epworth United Methodist Church, or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
