

Harry G. Eisenmann, age 79, of Peoria, passed away and went to be with Jesus on Friday, Jan. 15, 2016 at 8:10 p.m. at his residence with his loving family by his side following a 15 year battle with cancer.
He was born March 3, 1936 in Oakville, Iowa to Jessie and Bertha (Rauhaus) Eisenmann.
He married Loretta M. West on May 24, 1959 in Burlington, Iowa. She survives along with two daughters: Michelle (Bob) Coburn of Chillicothe, Patty (Chris) Kummer of Peoria, two sons: John (Lynette) Eisenmann of Peoria, Beto (Laura) Ortega of Dunlap, eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two brothers: Dave (Kay) Eisenmann of West Bend, Iowa and Virg “Ike” (Elizabeth) Eisenman of Georgia. Also surviving is a sister-in-law, Elaine Eisenmann of Burlington, Iowa, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers: Paul and Dale Eisenmann.
Harry was a United States Army veteran. He worked at Caterpillar, Inc. for 30 years. He was a member of the Peoria Apostolic Christian Church and past president of the American Foreign Exchange Students Program.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m.at the Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria. Funeral services will be Wednesday Jan. 20, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the Peoria Apostolic Christian Church with the Church Ministers officiating. Additional visitation will be 9 to 9:45 a.m. at the church prior to the services on Wednesday. Committal services and Military Rites will be at the church following the services.
Burial will be at the Apostolic Christian Church Cemetery in Edwards.
Memorials may be made to the Apostolic Christian Skyline’s.
