Herminia “Titi” Colon was born on December 14, 1939. She passed away on May 17, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Herminia is the beloved wife of Azael Colon, loving mother of Madelym, Janice, and Azael Jr, loving grandmother of Lance, Lynnette, Bianca and Sydney, loving great-grandmother of Serenity, June, DJ, Maverick and Violet.
Sweet memories of other family members and friends will carry on. She will be greatly missed by all.
