She was preceded in death by her parents Ronald and Elone, and she is survived by her sister Heather, her aunt Evonne Cowling, her uncle Bill Hill, her dogs Nugget and Grandpa Gizmo, as well as numerous friends.
Hollie went to Greenville University to obtain her bachelor's degree. She worked for TCRC for over 25 years, providing support and care for clients and fellow employees. As a musician she enjoyed playing her trombone, playing handbells, and singing in various choirs.
Hollie loved animals, most of all her dogs. She loved feeding the squirrels and birds in the yard. She also enjoyed haunted tours and was planning one here in Peoria. Always up for an adventure, she loved to travel all over the world with friends and family.
Memorial Contributions in Hollie's honor may be made out to The ARK animal shelter in Lacon or Enough Stuff Store in East Peoria.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
