She was born January 31, 1923 in Austin, MN to Steven Hagan and Charlotte Harrington Hagan. On July 23, 1953, she married Ellsworth Corbett.
She is survived by son, David Corbet of Peoria, sister Lois Kaput of Lyle, MN, two nephews, Bob Corbet of Edwards, Doug Campbell of Easts Hartford, CN, and four nieces, Pat Binder of Brimfield, Roberta Heinz of Kickapoo, Linda Unger of Rushville and Becky Corbett of Kickapoo.
Irene was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Paul, Milo, Leo, Daniel and Bernard and sisters Gladys and Rosemary.
Irene worked keeping house and in the resturant industry. She was a member of the VFW 2602.
Services will beThursday, May 5th at 10 am with visitation one hour prior. Reverend Stephen Barch will officiate and burial will be at Yates City Cemetery.
