

He was born on July 29, 1953 in Peoria, IL to James E. and Gladys M. (Lindsey) Webb. He was preceded in death by his father and one granddaughter, Sydnie.
Surviving are his mother, Gladys Webb of Peoria, one daughter, Gina Webb, one son, Ryan Webb both of Heyworth and one step-son, Bill Mabie Jr of Springfield, five grandchildren, Taylor Webb, Jadon West, Bradley, Sophie and Olivia Webb. Also surviving are five siblings, Gary Webb of Peoria, Linda (Jim) Feicke of Manito, Tammy (Tom) Ripp of Peoria, Sherri (Ken) Rogers of Bayview Gardens and Kelly (Lee) Gatzemeyer of East Peoria.
James worked as a welder for many years with Cat/Altorfer in Peoria until falling ill in April of 2011. James loved playing Pool and was a member of the A.P.A. and played on several area teams. He also enjoyed riding his Harley and the family asks that those attending services and processing to the cemetery ride their Harley’s to honor James’ love of riding.
A memorial service will be on Friday, November 11, 2011 at 2:00 pm with visitation from 12:30pm until the start of service at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. The Rev. Tom Meadows will officiate. Burial of the urn will follow the service at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
