Jennifer C Atchley-Vance, 51, of Peoria, passed away at 3:20 am Sunday, April 5, 2015 at her residence. She was born January 22, 1964 in Peoria, the daughter of Edgar and Jo Ann Eaton Atchley. She married Michael Vance on August 22, 1987. Jennifer is survived by her father and step-mother, Ed (Betty) Atchley of Peoria; one daughter, Ashley of Peoria; one sister, Becca Lambert of Peoria; two brothers, Chris (Gail) Atchley of Naples FL, and John (Mardi) Atchley of Chicago; and her fiancé, Ira Newell of Peoria. She was preceded in death by her mother, and daughter Trisha Vance. Jennifer was the manager of Wendy’s for several years. She is on the board for South Side Office of Concern, and a “Wrap” Facilitator. She was training to become a Peer Support Specialist. Cremation rites will be accorded. A memorial service will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Pastor Pat Pollard will officiate. Memorials are requested to be made to the family.
