Jerry C. Connor, 66, of Trivoli passed away at 5:26 p.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He was born on February 17, 1952 in Anniston, AL, the son of Clyde Dean and Ella Mae Pierce Connor. He married Dr. Zayna McGinnis on May 31, 1981. Jerry is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years; one son, Stan Wood of Chicago; one brother, Randy Connor of Creve Coeur; two sisters, Donna (Roger) Allen of Creve Coeur and Sharon (Steve) Camp of Creve Coeur. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Marsh. Jerry was an independent owner of his own trucking company. He was a proud friend of Bill Wilson. Jerry loved to go fishing, listen to Blue Grass Music, and ride his Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He was a mechanical genius; he could fix anything. Jerry was deeply dedicated to helping others. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Pastor Otha Boyd will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. jerry was the oldest of the five connor clan. He was a hard working guy. he and his wife would always take the neices and nephews on trips. he took my son kristopher on the semi. they had real authintic mexican food . kris thought that was so cool. he also let my daughter stay with them in west virgina. he will be greatly missed. he would wear this black hat. every one knew him love ya brother always. aka denette

My Oldest Brother :Born first in a family of 5 .My parents depended on him a great deal to watch over the younger ones .He was a good Brother ,He loved to cook fancy food and loved my daughters as if they were his when they were little . I have many sweet memories of our time on this earth and remember Him always .O how I am gonna miss Him .Rest My Brother you deserve it ....
