Johnnie Mae Dunnigan, age 67, of Peoria, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 9:20 a.m. at St Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born Sep. 14, 1947 in Scooba, MS to John and Paralee (Hill) Dunnigan. They preceded her in death along with one brother and one sister. She leaves to cherish her loving son Marcus Allen Dunnigan of Fishers, IN, two sisters: Myrtlene (Pastor Joseph) Cherry of Peoria, Deborah Eiland of Chicago, three brothers: Marshall Dunnigan, Raymond Dunnigan both of Peoria, and Chris Brown of Chicago, and a number of cousins, nieces and nephews. Pastor Alphonso Lyons, Jr, will officiate The Celebration of Life service at New Mt Sinai M.B. Church in Peoria, on Thursday March 19, 2015 at 11 a.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Parkview cemetery following the services. Memorials may be made to New Mt Sinai M.B. Church.
