Julienne Lampal

Julienne B Lampal, age 72, of Las Vegas, a relative of Peoria residents, passed away November 17, 2015. She was born November 6, 1943 in Peoria IL, to the late Alfred and Bernita Herrmann. Julienne graduated from Bradley Univ in Peoria, with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught for a short time before working for the State of Maryland Transportation Department, in the Railway Division.

She married William Lampal on March 17, 1973, in Baltimore, Md. They retired to Port Charlotte, Fla., for 10 years. They later moved to Las Vegas to further pursue retirement and RV travels for the last five years.

Julienne was always very involved in the community association groups and counties in which she lived, including the Sunshine and Veteran's Clubs in Siena. Julienne is survived by brother, Alfred (Ramona) Herrman of Peoria IL. and her beloved pets, Oreo, Lacey and Freddie. Also surviving are several nieces, a nephew, several great-nieces and several great-nephews. She was preceded in death by husband, William Lampal on November 1, 2014; mother, Bernita Bourdereaux Herrmann; father, Alfred Albert Herrmann; and her late beloved pets, Flipp, Ezzie, Domino, Prize, Vixen, Ruffles and Fritz. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 from 10:30 AM-12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM at Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria. Burial will be at 11:30 AM on Monday, November 30, 2015 at Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria.
