She was born Feb. 5, 1943 in Peoria to Dean and Bernice (Roloff) Dunne. They preceded her in death along with two brothers: David and Matthew Dunne.
Survivors include two sisters: Nora (Ty) Kinney of Peoria, Deanna Wood of East Peoria, one sister-in-law, Diane Dunne of Pekin, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Karen worked at the Peoria Community Workshop for 25 years. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and was a member of St. Philomena’s Catholic Church, attending St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Peoria.
A Funeral Mass will be Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at church. Please wear a face mask and social distancing will be observed. Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
