He was born March 25, 1962 in Peoria to Robert and Kay (Grimm) Hubbart. He married Sandy Biggs on April 9, 1983 in Peoria.
She survives along with two daughters: Brittney Hubbart of Metamora, Dannielle (Steve) Hinken of Morton, six grandchildren: Sierra, Chandler, Blakesly, Easton, Daniel and Kenli. He is also survived by two brothers: David (Pam) Hubbart of Pekin, Chad (Dawn) Hubbart of Spring Bay, one aunt, Leah (Danny) Haley of East Peoria, one uncle, Bud (Karen) Grimm of Pekin, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Kenny worked first as a Manager at Lum’s restaurant in Peoria then later owned and operated Hubbart Service Station and Restaurant in Spring Bay. Following that he was a regional manager for O’Reilly Auto Parts in Peoria, retiring in 2019.
He enjoyed fishing, duck hunting, woodworking “cabinet extraordinaire” and spending time on the lake with family and friends.
He was a member of Bradley Epworth Church in Peoria.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 2 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
Memorials may be made to the Illinois Cancer Center on Rt 91 in Peoria.
