She was born on June 30, 1958 to Leonard and Gladys (Wagner) Wright in Peoria, IL. She later married Douglas Murray on July 7, 1982. They spent many happy years together until his passing on August 1, 2018. She was a homemaker and took care of her four daughters.
She loved to spend time with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed going thrift shopping all over Central Illinois, or sometimes just traveling to go out to eat with her family. Throughout her week, she would have Bible study with her friend Veronica.
Lana is survived by her daughters, Carrie (Aaron Hughes) Murray, Jennifer Murray, Megan Murray, and Keely Murray; her grandchildren, Logan, Jossie, Jasmine, Nick, Adrianna, Jada, Amillia, and Ryland; five great grandchildren; and her siblings.
She is preceded by her parents, and her brother, Lenny.
A Celebration of Life will be held later.
