Laurel "Lollie" Marie Mousty

Peoria, IL

Laurel "Lollie" M. Mousty, 87, of Peoria, passed away at 3:10 pm on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Proctor Hospital in Peoria.

 She was born on February 26, 1925 in Peoria, Il to Leslie R. and Alta (Bennett) Anderson. She married Robert E. Mousty on June 22, 1947 in Peoria, he preceded her in death in April of 2009. Her parents, one infant brother and one granddaughter also preceded her in death.

 Surviving are three chidlren, Craig R. (Charlene) Mousty of Peoria, Karen (Jim) Scime of Morton and Cindy (Mike) Lingenfelter of Peoria. Also surviving are eight grandchidlren, Scott (Hope) Mousty, Jeff (Ryan) Mousty, Jim (Andrea) scime, Angie (Josh) Malavolti, Katie Scime, Chris Lingenfelter, Heather (Joe) Szymusiak and Stacy Lingenfelter, and eight great-grandchildren, Kyleigh, Caleb, Jaiden, Tyler, Nathan, Nick, Lauren, and Drew.

 Lollie worked as a bookkeeper for several years with Oliver Tractor and then as a Bookkeeper with Orthopedic Associates for over 25 years before retiring in 1989. She was member of Arcadia Ave. Presbyterian Church and then United Presbyterian Church. Lollie will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother that was devoted to her family.

 A visitation will be on Sunday, February 10, 2013 from  4 to 6 pm at Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home on Allen Road. A funeral service will be on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at United Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Dr. Randall Saxon will officiate. Cremation will be accorded following the service. Burial of the urn will be at a later date at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
