

Lee Rue Edward Kelley Jr. Born June 28, 1944, in Carbondale, IL to Lee Rue Edward Kelley Sr and Mary Ella Parker (Kelley). Raised by his Grandparents Laura Kelley Cooper and Lucious Cooper (Known as Uncle Buddy)
Lee gave his life to Christ early on in life. Lee was the owner of Kelly, Allen and Kelley Barbershop for over 50 years. Lee also loved bowling, he bowled for over 50 years for TNBA Bowling League. He loved fast cars and motorcycles (But you knew that). Lee loved picking peaches and pecans growing up in the summers of Mississippi. He loved soul food and traveling on the highway. Lee attended Attucks High School in Carbondale High School and attended Barber College where he learned to cut hair.
Lee leaves to cherish three sons Lee Anthony (Kelley) Davis, Kenneth Scott, Lee Rue Kelley III, One Daughter Tiffany Kelley, One Brother Stanley Kelley of Memphis TN, Lee has a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by one daughter Katrina Kelley, His Parents Mary Kelley and Lee Rue Kelley and his sister Florence Topps, his grandparents Laura and Lucious Cooper.
Funeral services will be held 11 am on Saturday March 28, 2026, at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel with a visitation one-hour prior at 10 am. Pastor Deveraux Hubbard will officiate.
