She was born August 7, 1930 in Alexander, IL to Francis and Ruth (Edmonds) Todd. She married Oliver Brady in Peoria in 1951.
She is survived by her son, Don (Jill) Brady; her daughter, Linda Brady; five grandchildren, Deanna (Stephen) Lynn, Christopher (Crystal) Brady, Elizabeth Brady, David Brady and Jessie Brady; three great-grandchildren, Valerie Lynn, Elena Lynn, and Sophie Brady; four nieces and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two brothers and two sisters.
She worked for Walmart for many years as a cashier and stocker. Her passion was being a master gardener. She belonged to gardening societies and was always receiving different bulbs and flower seeds in the mail for her garden.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home. Private family inurnment will be at Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
