Lori S. Luncsford

She is survived by her sister, Lynn Horsley; brother, Jeff (Anna) Luncsford Sr.; aunt, Judy Callahan; nieces and nephews, Angie Horsley, Jeff (Mary) Luncsford Jr., Chrissy (Matt) Bridgman, April (Charlie) Luncsford and Josh (Ronee) Luncsford; several great and great-great nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Maggie.

She was preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Richard Horsley III.

A graduate of Woodruff High School, Lori went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University, her Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois, and her law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She last worked at Prairie State Legal Services.

Lori was a devoted member of St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, where she faithfully participated in worship and fellowship. In her free time, Lori loved spending time with her cherished nieces and nephews, who brought her great joy.

She also gave generously of her time and talents, volunteering with numerous community and charitable organizations throughout her life.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 4-6 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria.

Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation and a memorial Mass with interment will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church.
