The youngest of four brothers, Louie was born on August 12, 1937 in the village of Voutiani, Greece, on the outskirts of Sparta, to George and Xakousti Trilikis.
He is survived by his wife, Betty, their two sons, George (Emily) and Louie (Kari) and six grandchildren: Louie, Stella, Charlie, Ellie, Joey and Rosie.
Louie came to America in 1962 and immediately began forming his career as a successful restaurateur that would span many decades and result in countless friendships, smiles and laughs along the way. Most recently, he could be seen walking the floor of Sterling Family Restaurant, greeting every customer, most of them his friends, and making sure everyone was happy.
Louie enjoyed owning and operating Sterling Family Restaurant for over 30 successful years.
In his free time, he loved traveling with his brothers, golfing with friends and family, and spending time with his grandchildren, his pride and joy.
Louie was known for his infectious smile and warm personality and loved that he couldn't go anywhere without someone recognizing him and reminiscing about one funny story or another.
