She was born July 24, 1953, in Chicago to Louis and Pauline (Pohrebyn) Rzeszutko.
Louis is survived by her guardian, Rita Mulay; aunt, Carolyn Thorp and cousin, Joe (Mary) Mulay.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Louise was the life of the party at a wedding, the band struck up her favorite tune, the Beer Barrel Polka. After every song, she would beam and shout: “Play another polka, man!”
Louise found joy in music, dancing, and spending time with those she loved. She especially cherished her family at her group home. Simple things brought her happiness—especially a good meal from McDonald's.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will take place at a later date at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Cemetery, Chicago.
Memorials may be made in Louise’s name to the Dunlap Fire Department or EP!C.
