Lynnette was born August 20, 1938 in Peoria to Benjamin and V. Katheleen (Camper) Vaughan. She married Charles Anderson on June 8, 1958 at Epworth Methodist Church in Peoria. He survives along with one daughter, Kathleen (Michael) Adair of Peoria, two grandsons: Anthony Adair and Andrew (Charlotte) Adair all of Peoria.
Lynnette also loved visits from her great-grandchildren: Cameron and Everly
Adair of East Peoria and Felicity and Regan Adair of Peoria.
She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters Loretta Cunningham, Deloras Millard, Linda Marlett and one brother Roger Vaughan.
Lynnette was a graduate of Peoria High School. She worked for Montgomery Elevator Company until her retirement. She was active in women's clubs at Bradley-Epworth Methodist Church in Peoria and St. Anthony Catholic Church in Bartonville.
Lynnette loved to cook, try new recipes and meet her friends at the Riverplex.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of Lynnette’s life will be Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
