She was born Aug. 25, 1946 in Athens, TN, to Albert Arnold and Stella Pauline (Crumley) Dobbins. She married Roscoe Ronald Coyne Feb. 25, 1967 in Peoria.
Survivors include one daughter, Sheryl (Bryan) Coyne-Batson of Dallas, TX, five sisters: Juanita (Jerry) Gain of Chillicothe, Jan Dobbins of Washington, Judy (Randy) Gruber of Peoria, Carolyn Dobbins of Pekin, Lynnette (Scott) Sternberg of Tremont, one brother, Eddie (Karen) Dobbins of Chicago, three nephews, five nieces, two great-nephews, and five great-nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Sharon Dobbins.
Funeral services will be Tuesday Nov. 1, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Cottonwood Cemetery in Hanna City.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
