She was born Jan. 17, 1931 in Peoria to Harold and Alice (Becker) Wooley. She married Harold Anderson May 20, 1997 in Peoria. He passed away Sep. 5, 2010 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Lois Platz.
Survivors include two daughters: Deborah Clarkson, Jennifer Silva, two grandchildren, one sister, Roberta Keown, and two nieces.
Marilyn worked at the First National Bank and later Caterpillar, Inc. for 20 years.
She was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Peoria where she served as secretary and sang in the choir.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be Saturday Aug. 20, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
