Our prayers will be with you and your family. Janey and I were born on the same day February 12 ( I was born in the morning and she was born just before midnight). Although I lived so far away from Illinois, Janey and I had a long conversation at my brother (Bill's) visiting hours last February. I guess I feel a closeness to Janey because we were born on the same day. May God be with you and your family.

Jane may have passed from this life but we are quite sure there is a new star in the skies. She is to magnificent and compassionate to not be watching over her family yet. We were privileged to be counted among her cousins.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I found this poem about mothers and I wanted to share it:
The patience and forgiveness that are part of every day,
The unexpected "little things" she does in her own way,
Years go by before we can look back on life and see
Through older eyes and wiser hearts her love and loyalty,
And yet it's these and other special things we'll hold so dear,
For memories of her steadfast love,
Will keep her ever near.
You're mom was an awesome lady! My prayers all with all of you!

Those of us who were privileged to be Jane's high school classmates, remember her vitality as she cheered on the Bradford Panthers and her self-discipline, a quality she must have passed on to her children and grandchildren. She was a beautiful lady. My thoughts and prayers are with Steve during this difficult time.

Mrs. Mowbray was a kind and gentle lady who was instrumental in helping keep a crew of teenage boys out of trouble in the 80's. She will be greatly missed and our thoughts are with the Mowbray and Puffer families.
