She was born September 23, 1986 in Berrien Center, Michigan to Debra Russ and Lester Peterson.
Survivors include her fiancé Larry McCoy, Jr of Peoria, mother and step-father, Debra (James) Price of Delavan, father, Lester Peterson of Arkansas, two children: Carter Brackett and Trinity Brackett both of Green Valley, IL, one step-son, Jackson McCoy of Peoria, one aunt, Holly Russ of Pekin, and one cousin, Savannah Brackett of Pekin.
Michelle enjoyed cooking, baking, and arts and crafts. She also was hardworking, patriotic, and loved spending time with her family and friends. She was kind, sweet, gentle and was a wonderful mother. Even though she was hardheaded, she will be loved and missed by all who knew her!
Visitation will be Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 1 to 3 pm at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. A eulogy will be at 3 pm at the funeral home.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.
