I happened to meet Monika on the day she came out of retirement and came back to schnucks. She was an amazing woman, always happy and trying to help anyone she could. Today I went to the store and asked about where she's been, and found out that she had passed. 

Visiting that store will never, ever be the same. She was the life of the store and I can't believe she passed on. 

My deepest condolences to her loved ones, she was an amazing woman and she will be missed deeply.

I knew Monika through Schnucks. She was always friendly and approachable. Monika had the most beautiful smile and knew me by name. Her absence will be sadly noticed. condolences to her family.

Being a regular Schnucks customer, I went through Monika’s checkout line many times.  She was always kind, helpful and full of energy.  She clearly was a lady in charge who had the respect of others. My deepest sympathy to all of her family.  May she rest in peace.

I loved her. She was always a second mother to Albert. I can hear her yelling and laughing at the kids at the same time. She was always so kind to our family especually when Albert passed away she would stop by and check on us. She was one of my most favorite people.
