Moses Lee Adams-Alexander, still born, of Peoria, IL passed away Thursday June 30, 2011 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria. A memorial service will be held at 10 am Wednesday July 6, 2011 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Cremation rites will be accorded.
