Quandarius Lavon Scott

Quandarius Lavon Scott, 31, of Peoria, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025 at his home. He was born on February 7, 1993 in Cleveland, Mississippi, a son of David Lavon Moore and Barbara Ann Scott.

Quandarius is survived by his mother, Barbara Ann Scott (Ronald Freeman) of Peoria, IL; father, David Lavon Moore (Sonya Keats) of Rosedale, MS; grandparents, Ethel Keats of Mansfield, TX and Bonita (Robert) Howard of Rosedale, MS; three sisters, Jala Freeman of Peoria IL, Shadaja Terrell of Memphis, TN, Da’shoma Moore of Duncan, MS; one brother, Quanterrius Davon Scott of Peoria, IL; three nieces, Rylie Scott and Amari Scott of Peoria, IL and Malia Scott of Bloomington, IL; aunties, Lakita Scott of Mansfield, TX, Shenika Lewis of Canton, MS, Jacqueline Washington and Nancy Washington of Cleveland, MS, Sonja (William) Dotson of Sunflower, MS, and Larenda (Murray) Moore of Rosedale, MS; uncles, Joseph Scott of Peoria IL and Johnathan Moore (Lawanda Thompson) of Rosedale, MS.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Arthur Keats; great-grandmothers, Comelia Scott, Sophia Keats and Velma Moore; great-grandfathers, LC Moore and Eddie Lee Scott, Sr.; uncle, Eddie Lee Scott, Jr.; aunt, Doris Barnes; and cousins, Howard Lee Scott Jr and Eddie Lee Scott II.

Quandarius loved to listen to music and being around his love ones.

Quandarius' funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, February 21, 2025 at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Rev. Larry Booth will officiate. Burial will take place in Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
