Roger was an awesome guy that spent many days at my house remodeling a kitchen and our basement. The kids loved him and he loved our dog, Bella, I am so glad God put you in my life! God bless the family and we are so sorry for your loss!

To the Kleist Family,
So sorry to learn of Roger's passing. I have many memories of our family get-togethers over the years.
A special one was the trip to Wisconsin about 1966. We stayed in cabins at "Happy Hollow" Resort. We went to the Dells & saw a water show. We also visited Roger's family in Portage.
May you find comfort in special memories.
Love & prayers, Linda (Lauer) Clinch

I was saddened to see Roger's photo and obituary. He visited me frequently when I worked at Hy-Vee Floral several years ago. He always had a joke for me and brightened my day at a time when I was a grieving widow. May he rest in peace.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Kim Goodwin

What a great neighbor.. his telling of jokes and from all the fish fries in the back yard garage, to scraping the scales off the fish as a youngster Such a great family from the south side . May you RIP Roger, and prayers and condolences to all the family members.🙏🏻❤️
