Rory was born on November 30, 1960 in Peoria, IL the son of Le Roy & Sharon McKune Pugh.
He is survived by his mother of Peoria; one brother Steven (Rhonda) of Parma, Ohio; two nephews, Joshua, and Brandon of Parma, Ohio.
Rory was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Rory was a member of Memorial Christian Church in Peoria.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday January 4, 2013 at Memorial Christian Church in Peoria. Rev. Arvil Bass will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
